It's all started with a dream.
A dream to explore somewhere new.
 
And
with the minor help of luck, thank god I was able to have enough
financial support to pay for the program fees and air tickets. And it
started with curiosity and excitement. Here we go!
 
It began at Penang International Airport. Ethan and HY were there to say goodbye. :)

Checking important documents. J1-Visa, checked! Passport, checked! Boarding passes, checked!
 

There were few transfers before we could get to final destination. It's really tiring!
 

My roots grow so long already!!!
My whole fringe is in BLACK color now!
OMG! I cannot tahan already!
Countdown-ing! 2 days more before i dye my hair in Liese Marshmallow Brown!~ weeeweeee

好久好久，没发败家文了！
在美国的时候，我每每看到H&M都像发了疯似的！
东西明明都一样，还硬要每间H&M都去逛！=.="""

这双芭蕾平底鞋，进去一看到，就把我给杀得头昏脑胀的！
太！美！了！
我！的！妈！呀！
这是我看过最美最美的芭蕾平底鞋了！
这双鞋质感真的很好！传下去真的好舒服！
不像有些娃娃鞋，穿了脚跟总是很痛很痛！

好喜欢里面的小鸟印花！都双双对对的！好温馨！

其实。。。之前并没有完全跟着菜单吃。。。
偶尔还是有吃到饭。。。
因为我不想一下子减太快。。。不然身材就算瘦了也不会变好。。因为皮会变得很松。。。。
任辰文也会比较多一些。。。
瘦身10天了。。。
瘦得比想象中的快很多。。。
这2天重复的秤。。终于。。。有非常稳定的瘦了4公斤了！
 
这2天，发现肉开始慢慢的有点跨了。。。
毕竟真的瘦得有点快。。。
而且身体可能非常不适应。。。

今天。。。是我积极瘦身计划的第7天。。。
很庆辛。。。我没变得太着急。。。或失落。。。觉得自己进步大了！
以前瘦身时期。。常常都觉得好伤心。。低落。。总之。。。就是不开心。。
现在的我。。。3餐依然照吃。。。
但分量真的有慢慢在减低。。
还记得。。。第一天我回到家。。。就一口气吃了3碗粥~很不习惯。。。
因为在美国。。。食物的卡路里。。实在是太高了！

回来之后。。。。大家都问我。到底胖了多少~哈

雙手與肩同寬稱地，手指頭張開平放地上，然後把腳指頭站立起來。吐氣，雙腳大腿往後推後腳跟放到地上伸直膝蓋，拉長腿部肌肉而不是用力頂住膝蓋，兩繳保持平行所以大腿肌肉會有點往內延伸。手臂往前延伸帶動腰部以上的背部肌肉，延展頭部、頸部、手臂、肩膀及背部，坐骨往天花板延伸使上半身保持一直線停留。保持呼吸！

ok~ so....some of u might already know tat i gained like 12345678 kg / pounds ever since my USA work n travel trip started!
I never feel regret / sad on every pounds tat i gained~ Felt greatful n proud instead =.="""
However...since the journey had comes to the end....
guess i should change my focus to wat i wanna become in the future?or now maybe?
So, this is wat i wanna be for now!~
#1 Change my hair color!
#2 More n more vintage n vintage n vintages!
#3 Shred off atleast 5kg in 2 months time!

I can't wait to get back to my home sweet home now!
It's been 4 months, I'm here, in the journey to one of my dream countries, the US.
Mixed feelings.
I've learned so much things which were beyond wat i expected to learn there!
Like wat i wrote in my FB status...friendship, love, life n everything were just so wonderfull!!!!!
n of course! the most precious thing tat i learned are...friendship...& love....
I never feel this way before! Feeling sad n even cry for friendship!
