I used my celcom sim card before WITHOUT monthly internet.. then iphone went online itself somehow..

Anyway, after 2 weeks in the wards, I realized that the apps that I really used a lot was taber’s medical dictionary, documents to go to read PDF, power point file, Harrison internal medicine, email, facebook, take a note..

In paeds ward, patients coming in and going out so frequently!
If u didn’t go to the ward for a day, u may see almost half of the ward patients are new faces!
Anyway, a patient in surgery department passed away and a baby with PDA and pulmonary atresia has been transfered to NICU..
Cardiac arrest.. Be prepared the doctor said..
I auscultated this baby before.. Hmmm.. Good luck then!

A week has passed in the paeds ward..
If ask myself what have been done for the whole week, I can say not really much.
Clerking patient, charting with patient, playing with the kids, Physical examination, witnessed lumbar puncture, bone marrow aspiration, breast feeding etc..
A friend of mine went hysteria? Gallstone? And fainted?
Yeah, I nearly also.. LOL..
H1N1 cases are increasing tremendously, now having 5 cases in Sibu hospital? Not too sure.. The last time I read newspaper was like er.. Last night.. Haha..
