Today I was so bored and decided to try and cook the 马蹄糖水. Coz that day after workig part time with Qreez and Squall ,we had our dinner at SS2 there . I still remember how nice the 马蹄糖水 is it and the jagung etc ......

So today just try it on and see how it looks like .

Ingredients that you need is :

• half cup of the sweet corn 
•  马蹄(see how many u want it ) 
• crystal sugar /rock sugar 
• egg yolks 

here is the picture of the ingrediants that you need : sweet corn , 马蹄 and the crystal sugar.

cut the 马蹄 into cube , but don't cut too small ... coz you might want to chew it =)
after the water was boil , add in the ingrediants in it , 马蹄 + sweet corn + crystal sugar

after see the sweet soup is nearly boil , ready for egg yolks .

keep on stir it ...

tada .. here you go ... A nice 马蹄糖水 is ready to serve .
