Actually this is the 2nd time I'm typing this post....(=,=)Haizz...forget what i wrote before...
Hmm...it was the day before we went to PD, most of us went to YiHeng's house...
Went there for dinner and also to make pudin ourself....*coz gonna bring it to PD*
Phik Xuan suddenly can't join us due to her sickness..
so left only neko-chan and me with them.. (>,<)

YiHeng is really pro in cooking...
don't play play huh....

hahah...he's gonna be a good papa or good husband in the future i think....=p

Found that Neko-chan really loves to do housework very very much..
The whole kitchen was almost cleaned up by her...(=,=)
Coz I'm a bit slow but she damn fast like a mama....lol
 
At first i was told that we're gonna have lemon chicken as our dinner...mana tau...
they forgot to buy lemons??!(=,=)
so lemon chicken becomes fried chicken in the end lol...
Hehehe...i was there to help out of course...fried fried fried~~
It's scary when the oil "jumps" up my god!!

Everyone helped to prepare different dishes...and in the end Tadaaa here's our dinner!!
I made a soup as well...which most of them commented that it's not salty enough..hoho

After having dinner, here comes our main mission on that day...
Make pudins weee!!or maybe this should be called as "Dadih" ...
Actually none of us really know how to make the "Dadih"...
dadih is not the same with agar-agar ryte?
So we decided to simply follow the instructions....ahem..
Step 1: Boil 3000ml of water....
Step 2: Pour in the milk...*we poured in 2 tins*
Step 3: You can now pour in the mango powder..*and we used 2 packs*
Step 4: Ahemmm....actually i'm not sure whether the steps above are correct anot haha!
Coz we didn't realy follow the weight of ingredients to add in as well..
We simply follow our FEEL~~~
When we feel it's enough already then we stop pouring it...
When we feel it's not yet enough then we keep adding....hoho..
That's what they taught me ma..(>,<)
But it's true also isn't when it comes to cooking stuffs...like my dad always said so =)
 
After that, put it all inside the fridge...
Hehe...*satisfied smie*
We're glad that it does taste nice!!
