ya, nowadays most of the people have  DSLR ,
they bring it everywhere shoot everywhere,
keep shooting the photo around,
leng lui photo,food photo,flower photo,rubbish photo, anything.

But !
dont you think its heavy to bring it along ?!
Yes !
want to make a great photo without DSLR ?

Alright, here is a simple tutorial of photoshop ;)
( I am using Adobe Photoshop Cs3.)

1. First, select a photo which  u want to edit ;D

2. Second , choose Quick Selection Tool to select the object you want to focus .

3. After you have done with selection of your object, right click the object and choose Save Selection.

4. Once the selection have been save, the it will create a new layer of the object that you select just now.
5. Now you need to select the background layer to make it blur . Remember SELECT THE BACKGROUND LAYER.

6. After that, choose the Lens Blur. ( If you like other effect of blur, you may choose other kind of blur as well) 

7. Then,we're done ;)   Tips: I will suggest you guys to adjust the object contrast 1st before you blur the background ;)
