So I recently found this website 追好康 ChaseHaoKang, which is posting about promotional events and cheap stuff in Taiwan. I find it useful for myself, and I think it will be useful for travelers (who can read Chinese, although it seems, in some posts, that the owner did do some English summary whenever he/she/they like(s)).
