KUALA LUMPUR - MR TAN Wei Siong, 23, voted for the first time in his life during last month's general elections in his Johor hometown of Stulang.
By day, the Kuala Lumpur resident is a computer programmer earning about RM2,000 (S$860) a month, which is the norm for a young man like him, and is a reasonably stable and good job.
