"The Curious Case of Benjamin Button"
(watched on Saturday 12.15 midnight at MBO Cinema, Melaka)

For me, there were more humors inside the movie than romance.
The storyline is very special and unique.
However, I don't think the director of the movie make full use of the plot and make the audiences' tears drop. The movie emphasizes more on how both of the main character having bigger age gap from time to time. Very little on how they appreciate every moment together as lovers. Another reason for the poor romance element might be caused by the Daisy's character herself. She was not a perfect lover like in most of other romance movies. Also, too many PG scene that we do not know why it happens. What I can say is, the audiences are not in the mood yet and both of them already been "doing" it.
Well, at least the movie is really "curious" as how the title presents.
Scrap the romance part, the movie does successfully draw my curiosity in knowing the ending.

Indeed a good story with unbelievable love story. (i would stress again, not romantic. just merely special and unique)
- Would you like to spend your entire life with your companion if given the chance? (from birth to death)
- Would you prefer growing old together or how it happens in the movie?

I think moral of the movie is that,
love is not an attachment physically, but more on soul connection.
a normal cycle of life is God's creation for us to learn "appreciate"
having limited time to learn everything about your partner makes "love" so mystery and romantic
we actually going back to "baby" when we get old
so look after each other while you can

Talking about story-telling type movie, I still have one vivid movie in my memory.
The story that is far more romantic and touching than "Benjamin Button". (for me)
I had recommended to many people but I don't know whether they really try it.
But see it yourself and you know how great love is and why it is worth waiting no matter how long. Try it!!
