New Semester New Motivation and new determination.
This semester, me, teck and boon ping plan to keep our body fit and in tip-top condition.
In short, we hope to have healthy lifestyle all the time.
To begin with, we need to "work-out" everyday. Everyday will have different types of exercise.
Well, just to update on what we did on the first day of school.
We get excited after class and decided to start this "program" with Jogging at Hutan Rekreasi.
We used to run at the campus field but boon ping said Hutan will have more view and we are not under hot sun. Agree. So, we went there. (also not our first time to jog in Hutan though)

Great accomplishment. We finished 3 complete rounds! (or 9 rounds cause each of us ran 3 rounds, LOL.) Good start! Hoorey! Hope we can keep this routine!
