Stay at Sungai Petani (GF's House)

Where had i been these few days? After my Kuching trip, I straight headed to Sungai Petani, Kedah (18th Jan) to visit my girlfriend's family. A very very very long journey (5 hours plus). Well, actually time is not the problem, but having to drive on my own is the main problem. The entire journey was very dull and boring without companion. Anyway, I'm glad I managed to went there and came back KL "in one piece". ("piece-fully") The stay there was very fun and comfortable. I'm a bit embarrass because her mum need to prepare more dishes. Thanks to her again! Most important of all, I get the chance to meet my gf~! hehe. Other than that, I met another little "gf". She is a little baby girl (阿雯,1 year old) babysitted by my gf's mother. Well, she definitely bring a lot more joy and "noise" to their family. Undeniably, she cheered up me most of the time too. I will certainly miss her!

One of my favourite photos! (the large photo) This was taken when she was eating. Love it when she make that piggy mouth movement. (so adorable! feel like want to pinch her cheek) Some other photos of 阿雯 in action to share with you all. (photos film strip)

I'm not a professional babysitter, (don't have any experience too) but I manage to learn some frequent-used baby languages/commands to play with 阿雯:

bai bai ( 拜拜): passed by the shrine when i cuddled her. She will silently put her palms together.
gou gou ni (狗狗呢): when I want her to find her puppy doll.
yao qu na ni (要去哪里): when I cuddled her, she will point the direction if I asked this.
kia kia (怕怕): when she saw something she scared of. She will pat her chest repeatedly.
ha po (哈泼): when she hurt herself by falling or knocking. She will put her palm at the mouth and then cover the part she felt pain.
oi oi oi (哦哦哦): when we want to put her into sleep. This is the tone.
tiao wu (跳舞): when there was music playing, this command will make her dance.
liak liak (捉捉): when we want to play run-n-catch with her. She will crawled away and laughed hilariously.

Of course, there are more common languages understood by baby but these are few I feel interesting to share. This was the first tiem i met her, and also the last time I guessed. Her mom is coming over to pick her up before Chinese New Year. I will miss her!~

I also learned to bake CNY cookies at their house: (I dunno how to prepare the ingredient, but at least I joined the process of preparation, LOL)
- Pineapple Cookies (凤梨酥)
- Ribbon Cookies (丝带酥)
- Peanut Cookies (花生酥)

Some photos that i took on the way to SP. The sunset view at the highway, breathtaking! (at least no sky scrapper to block the view and the sun really set down between moutains) Lovely!
