Yesterday, i had sign up for celcom broadband in PIKOM PC Fair @ Muar around 8pm.
Because of its promotion as there is no any contract require.That means that, i don't need to bond by the Celcom company that i must subscribe to their service for at least 1 year.And that salesman promise me that, within 24 hours will activate my line and i 'll able to use broadband service.At the same time, i request for his full name, his phone number and even his IC number.So, i wait my line to activation on today happily, but end up it ruin up my mood now.
After 24 hours, i phone up the salesman, asking him on why my line is not activate until now.Then, he request my name and IC number for him to check for me.So, i send my detail to him through sms ..Then after 1 hour, he did not give me any feedback.Then, i phone him for a few times, but he don't hang up the phone.After a few time i phone him. (I already angry on that time !!! ) So, i send 1 sms threaten him that, if he still don't reply me on giving me reason why my line still not yet activate within 10 minute, i will complain him to the customer service department.
(After 20 minute )
He reply me with an sms that, the service is temporary offline, so my line only will be able to use on monday.Fine, let's see and wait, see what happen next.
TOMORROW !!! MONDAYYYYYYYYY!!!You (the salesman) better rest assure that i will be able to use my CELCOM BROADBAND!!!Herm !!!
A lesson for me to learn today:Next time, if purchase anything, remember to get their FULL NAME, IC NUMBER, and PHONE NUMBER !It is for our convenience to complain them if anything goes wrong. To protect our consumer right."Customer is always right."

Especially during this financial crisis period, they might even more scare to losing their job if we as a consumer to complain them.Do utilize the customer service department wisely !!!

duh!Thanks my mum for accompany and used her auntie style for purchasing goods.Because she is the one who help me request the salesman detail while purchasing.A good lesson fo me to learn it !!!So, sometimes don't think auntie style on purchasing goods is old-fashioned. Should learn more from my mum as she had more experience than me !!!-3- my mum !!!^.^
