Chia Hoy Sai, was born in Tanjong Sepat, Selangor in 1948. He graduated from SM Pin Hua, Klang, Selangor in 1967. “The Differing Faces of South East Asia - Touring Exhibition of Chia Hoy Sai’s Artworks” has begun in May 2009, and start touring to SGM Culture Centres in Klang, Negeri Sembilan, Johor Bahru, Chaah, Melaka, Kuantan, Terengganu, Kelantan, Ipoh, Kampar, Bukit Tampun, Penang island, Kedah and Kuala Lumpur.
