伯利兹城（Belize City）是伯利兹最大的城市。这个城市的命名据说来自城市里的河流伯利兹河（Belize River）。而这条流往加勒比海的河，看起来像沼泽那样浑浊，故得其名。

第二天，意犹未尽的我们，再次一行四人参观另外一处玛雅古迹。同事丹尼尔和哈维喜欢走访不同国家的玛雅遗址，此行正好让我碰上。
