挪威诺贝尔评审委员会将2010年诺贝尔和平奖颁发给仍在狱中的中国著名作家刘晓波，表扬他长期争取中国基本人权及非暴力的斗争。刘晓波主张政治改革，言论自由和宗教自由结果去年以《零八宪章》被判监禁11年，并被剥夺政治权利两年。

中国政府曾经警告评审委员会不要把奖颁发给刘晓波，对于这一切会否影响中挪两国之间的友谊，利益关系，拭目以待。
