今天我得到了一个莫大的教训。

话说我的Streamyx又回来了我自然感到很开心。
所以今天中午Streamyx打电话来，问我要不要Send Technician过来的时候，我便很开心地跟他们说我的Line没事了。
那个Agent问我可不可以Close File，我便说OK。

哪里知道...

就在那通电话的半个小时后，忽然之间..我的Streamyx又完蛋了。

所以我马上打了电话给Streamyx。

结果他们说：
"You have requested to close the report just now, right?"他们。
"......Yes..."我心不甘、情不愿。
" So now, the old report is closed, we have no choice but to file a new report for you."他们。
"Do you mean that the technician is not coming now and I have to wait for two more working days?"我。
"Yes."

他X的，鸡X。
你可以想象我有多肚懒...
简直火冒三丈。

结果那个Agent还嫌我不够火，竟然开始要我重复做那些笨蛋Troubleshooting。
我直接吊他：
"I have done similar procedures two days ago. Just skip these, ok?!"

所以下次你有Streamyx的问题，就不用理他这么多，叫他们Send Technician来你家就是了。
