To my future children:

Everything in this world can be derived from a few simple models. One of which is called the supply and demand.

When a lot of people is chasing the same thing, the cost (or the effort to put in) becomes higher, the reward becomes slimmer and the risk of failure becomes higher, vice versa.

A wise man must have the courage to stand against the herd, look for the intrinsic value, resist the psychological effect that makes you want to join, stays patient while others are losing their heads, do not envy, do not be greedy.

他人愈疯狂，自己得越沉得住气。

潮起潮落，时代总在变迁。
要在漫长的岁月里站得住脚，不仅要修知识，还得修心。

只有达到心若止水的境界，再复杂的事情才能想得透彻。

我的观点是，在历史上我们之所以会一次又一次地循环同样的泡沫与爆裂最基础的原因是在于我们所建立的货币系统。每个国家的货币都是由中央银行发行，中央银行的工作就是决定货币发行的数量。货币发多了，就会造成信用膨胀与通货膨胀。反之，货币收紧了，就会造成信用萎缩。

I remember there is some moment back in 1997, when I sit in the backseat of my parent's car overhearing their conversation on stock.

My parent have burnt their cash completely on a stock that drops to technically nothing.

That's my first investing lesson, inherited forcefully from the Great 1997 Asian Financial Crisis.

Time was bad. There were articles on newspaper about people committed suicide under the pressure of loans. There were bankruptcy everywhere and jobless people barely survived on their last figure in their bank account.

Why?

After studying ICapital, I strongly believe that I can make it one day.

JB property is at the peak of madness now.

Almost everybody that purchases an apartment or landed property is assuming that some other people will buy from them later for a higher price.

Most of them don't believe that an actual human being will stay inside their property. Even if they believe so, they're having a very wild imagination that the whole empty land in Nusajaya will transform into something like Hong Kong or Macau.

I'm born with a persistent curiosity to seek about answers of things or problems that I care.

This persistent behavior has brought a lot of pressure to myself and also to the people around me.

My curiosity spans in all kind of field whether it's business, finance, economies, programming, science. Whenever I see an interesting question, I wish to find out about the answer.

There's an ambiguity answer about my health.

In my memory, I grow up with two consistent problems, mouth ulcers and painful anal bleeding.

The rural people do not know the truth. The vote they just throw into the electoral box has exchanged them the biggest tax on poor in Malaysia's history.

GST is designed to tax everyone who spends. To the rich in Malaysia, 6% is barely nothing consider that they don't really spend as much as they earn. As the government promises to balance GST by reducing corporate tax and personal income tax, it is certain that the rich will become richer.
