JB property is at the peak of madness now.

Almost everybody that purchases an apartment or landed property is assuming that some other people will buy from them later for a higher price.

Most of them don't believe that an actual human being will stay inside their property. Even if they believe so, they're having a very wild imagination that the whole empty land in Nusajaya will transform into something like Hong Kong or Macau.

Property without people living inside is just a block of stones. Unlike chickens that make more eggs every year and born more chickens, an apartment doesn't generate more stones every year.

Buying stone and believe that its value will rise is not called investing, it's speculating. People often get confused by the two terms or rather in a denial to accept the fact that they're speculating.

The true demand always comes from people that will actually live inside. The only reason that people will live inside is because there's job nearby.

Iskandar needs to prove that it could create jobs. Based on the price per square feet now, the job must be paying more than RM 5,000 a month.

Only professional job such as banker, fund manager, engineers, managers and accountants can afford it.

I just don't see it coming yet.
