I started to understand what's the real difference between say, me and any of my engineering friend.

I guess there are people contribute something more directly to the productivity of the economy.
They use their time, energy and expertise knowledge to make a product or service in exchange of other's money.

There are people like me, that organize resource into the production of something that fulfill others' need.

To me, everyone is on the same level of society.
The only way to gain respect from others is to really appreciate other's effort into making this world good.

When you start respecting others, you can see the good value in them.
These good value is essential in every aspect whether it's relationship, management or business.
