We need a break

Working like cows is what 80's babies doing now. Doing it really hard, but seems likes the bosses nowadays are really lame and lousy, they refuse to acknowledge the work of their subordinates. How lame is it!

This is why 80's are thinking out of the box and start doing things differently just to make a change of their life. Office is sure a good place to stay if you wanted a secure job and you must remember you are paid to do whatever you doing. You must not do this and that!

Some employees even suffered from increment! First thing which I don't understand why bosses are willing to pay for quantity over quality. The quantity of the employees must be reflected on the earning of the company. It's proven quality makes the difference, with the same quantity of the employees it almost doubled what it was done last year! But still the management would say the good result for the year is done by good management of the team. Recognition will not reach the ones that is making the business to move!

Second thought, some even having trouble on applying leaves, which I am having! It's quite stupid when the leaves are meanly for the employees which is why it's called ANNUAL LEAVE! But when it comes to reality, we do not have the control over leaves. Although we have applied the leave 2 months before the leave, papers are not sign or approved, it always get sign at the last minute or they will reject you. This is what the bosses called good management!

When one people started to fall, work are not distributed evenly. Work started to stacked up and hardworking people started to have problem clearing others work. This brings up the imbalanced between co-workers. Then the whole team start to scattered and there goes the team. Just like in the war, a team of 10 losing 1 teammate. What the commander will do is clean up the wound, start motivating the other 9. Blaming the dead guy will not bring the team back in formation, it will bring the situation even worst!

Before you blame people and lecture people, start looking at yourself! When there is case of misconduct happens in the office, always the higher managements are doing it as well. Nowadays people are not like 20 years ago, please don't use the experience 20 years ago to measure your employees. There is rich or poor, like or dislike, but there is no right or wrong. Definition of right and wrong will not be judge by you or even him/her. It's the action you done on the moment of the event, decision is made and the result will come later.

Basically, the employees which working on field who brings up the company. Not those which are sitting inside room making stupid decisions.

What we wants?
We just need to take a break, seriously!
