Malaysia's University has always top the ranking in the international University ranking ( I mean top the ranking from the bottom). Do you want to know why? I wonder how come a so called University learning institution dare to advertise such a funny advertisement which I am sure that even primary schools' students can spot some of the grammatical error in the advertisement.
