"I may be a good leader, but not a good follower"

Perhaps, I seems to be a good leader from others point of view but I doubted myself again and again...

I don't really think that I am a good leader nor a good follower. Perhaps I am good in urging my fellow groupmates to participate and completing their task but am I leading them as well?

Actually, I took some time to learn to be a follower as I hardly get to obey the orders given by others and I think that my fellow groupmates that under my group will surely have the same feeling as HARDLY TO OBEY the LEADER. But, I am still on my way learning to be both good leader and follower right now...

So confused right now! Being a leader for too many different assignment groups is damn not an easy tasks as I have to concern alot of things like consulting those lecturers to ensure the entire progress goew well, assigning the tasks and taking GOOD care of those freaking sleeping vases in my groups.

Honestly speaking, I do not have much faith on some of my members nowadays. Perhaps is my own stupid problem but make it this way, my members do not actually convince me much as I expected to be but somehow, someone did convince me well enough.

Well, maybe this is what all the LEADERs out there facing.

till then, I am still in progress to discover all the questionmarks in my head right now and also completing all the tasks infront of me now. Make sure you looks like a LEADER when you, yourself being selected as a leader and have what it takes to be and bear with everything regarding your groups.

we learned in every stages of life till the end of it.
