19 May 09 Run Comrade! Run faster…

Now only we moved to Month of May, 2 weeks later, we will move into June. Economy started to get back on track and every company start to received increase in Production Order or Sales Demands.

Maybe that is the case, more and more comrade started to make moves to leave company to find new career advancement somewhere else. I just learned about a person from my ex-group will leave us within months. Phew~ One by one leaving…

For past few months, I think people tend to remain in their own job , to secure the job is the main objective by that time, due to outside market was poor. At that point, people leave the company only by 2 possible ways, one was being sacked (20minutes, you’re out from company~ You’re Fired.), another one was VSS (Letter from The Management). Being sacked wasn’t a good news to anyone, anybody, you don’t know where you should go next. The one who taking VSS should be the group of people who already have own business outside or future plan. If the one who just simply take VSS without any future plan, I can just say “God Bless You…”, the money you get from VSS wouldn’t make you move far…

Now the economy is recovering… Yes!!!

I should say when you start to see people resign from their job, it means there are more oppurtunities out there. I always happy to know people who are able to make changes in Life.

For me, Staying in a job for long longtime will only make a person become demotivated, because he/she had enjoyed their comfort moment, they already in their comfort zone. People who stay inside this zone will always be grateful with current condition and they won’t think big for themselves anymore. All they wish to have is steady job and life.

Where are you now? Stay or go away, the choice is in your hand.
