開學第一天之后，小寶貝說，她做了班長。

知道小寶貝的pattern，不可能會是老師給她當班長的人選，一再確定她是不是班長。

一說到“班長”這個字，小寶貝的兩邊眼神是亮起來的，一直點頭說是，滿滿的歡喜與自信，可以感受到她是多麼喜歡當班長的。

我很好奇，問她，為什麼老師會讓她當班長？她說：“老師問我們誰要做班長，做班長要幫忙老師做很多事情的，我就舉手囉......”

雙手與肩同寬稱地，手指頭張開平放地上，然後把腳指頭站立起來。吐氣，雙腳大腿往後推後腳跟放到地上伸直膝蓋，拉長腿部肌肉而不是用力頂住膝蓋，兩繳保持平行所以大腿肌肉會有點往內延伸。手臂往前延伸帶動腰部以上的背部肌肉，延展頭部、頸部、手臂、肩膀及背部，坐骨往天花板延伸使上半身保持一直線停留。保持呼吸！

Everyone have their own choice to choose how to forget some memories. Maybe sometime the way they choose are cruel, but they are not heartless, is just because they don’t wanna get hurt again. Some people can take up and let go easily, but some are not. So they have to choose the way they wan to continue their own life.
