最近很少Updates因为我的生活特别地健康。
几乎每天我都有最少两个小时的运动，而且早睡早起。
实在是开心之极。

这些天来的健康生活所带来的效果非常良好。
它让我觉得很有活力，不再懒散地呆在电脑前面无所事事地发呆。

For me i think ward is for Clinical while u still need to read like hell in the basic medical years to cover ur ass for the MCQ, BAQ, MEQ and SAQ..
