Somehow, I'm always reminded of the Black Swan
Most of the time when you think there's a demand in market, there might be none at all.
Most of the time when you think something doesn't sell at all, it might surprise you a lot.
Statistics can be useful and harmful.
It tells you what customers want today but doesn't help you to shape a different future.
It's not that you have used a wrong statistics tool or you have done a wrong analysis.
It's the nature of statistics to be blamed, worse if you have applied an inductive statistics.

在我的店里,我就是老板。
这并不是一种沾沾自喜的自豪感。
这是因为如果我表现得不像个老板,我便会被客户欺负。
因此在我的店里,所有人必须听我的。
我说是这样便是这样,这是确保双方的公平交易。
我说的价钱是这样便是这样,这是确保我们都有双赢的局面。
我不亏待顾客,因此我不希望顾客尝试占我便宜。

I Haven't Named It
After a few months of vacation, I'm back on my Momo.
He's still sleeping soundly in an external hardisk.
I'm worried about how it is going to penetrate the market or does it really bring a value at all?
Last night while talking about another project with another friend, a new concept strucked me.
I was thinking the possibility of the union of all the new business projects that I have in my hand.
Instead of betting on one single project, I guess, it's better to diversify the investment.
