不好意思啦，我又要开始谈投资了啦。

终于终于，在非常非常非常漫长的等待后，我终于有了人生的第一笔钱。

A) 我该怎么保留我现有的顾客。
B) 我该怎么和竞争者竞争抢夺想买却还没决定向谁买的顾客。

这两个是一个企业生存的基本法则。

有趣的是接下来的这两个：
C) 我该怎么争取在边缘的顾客，那就是那些有其他选择，可以不向这个行业任何一个公司购买的顾客。
D) 我该怎么制造需求，让那些压根儿这辈子从来没想过购买的人，向我购买。

做生意，向来就是个深奥的学问。

I’m done with renewing my passport on2.6.2010..
The expire date was on 18 Oct and i renewed 5 years costing me Rm300..
First thing to do is to take the form..
Then fill in the form..
Then take number (need to check your form for completion)
Then wait for ur turn.. I waited for 45 minutes i think..
Then wait for [...]
