他的投资回报率也是20%。

请问哪个老板比较聪明？

那天，当我打开clc电邮给我的Excel文件时。

第一眼，我便已经有了很强的喜悦感。
这像是在茫茫的数据中，忽然看到一盏明灯，怎么样也无法释手。

九年平均25%的ROE。
九年平均17.7%的ROA。
几乎没有负债。
赚钱太快，分了超夸张的Dividend却存了很多现金，以致多到不知道怎么花的Current Ratio。

这一些数据，是独特的。

今天翻开了报纸看到Old Town的广告。

看了一眼而已，我便把注意力放在别的新闻上。

但忽然就一个念头闪过，怎么Old Town的广告会在财经版上？

仔细去读了广告。

"OLD TOWN初步公开发售96,394,000普通股，每股面值RM1.00"

什么?九千六百万？！

要这么多钱干嘛？回酬率多少？

On my way to Penang, I sort of reconnect back to whom I was before.

I started up with a negative balance in my asset sheet.
With a deep concern rising about my future, I tried applying the reverse psychology and pushed the thought of profitability away to focus on how I'm going to change the world.

I did it small with Tata and tried to do it big with Momo.

Perhaps I was too inexperienced in running a business.
With guide from my parents, my Tata survives but the over ambitious Momo died.

Penang is always a resemblance of freedom to me.
